Hey, I’m Joey Arcilla—also known as DJ Joey A, a wedding specialist and event DJ
based in Metro Detroit.
My goal is simple: to keep your dance floor packed and your entire event running smoothly, so you can enjoy every moment stress-free.
For over 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of turning my passion into a career—performing at hundreds of weddings and events while helping couples create unforgettable memories. I’m truly grateful to do what I love while supporting my wife and kids through this journey.
My background in nightclubs and radio—often performing five nights a week—has given me a natural instinct for reading a room, keeping the energy flowing, and knowing exactly what to play to keep your guests engaged. That same experience is what I bring to every wedding, creating a celebration that feels effortless, fun, and unforgettable.
As a single owner/operator, I personally handle every event, ensuring the highest level of quality, attention to detail, and communication from start to finish. When you book with me, you’re not getting a random DJ—you’re getting me.
